Key Duties and Responsibilities:Investment Management: Identify, evaluate, and execute investment deals. Oversee due diligence, negotiate terms, and manage transactions through to closure.Portfolio Support: Provide strategic, operational, and financial support to portfolio companies, helping them navigate growth and market challenges.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior investment professionals, fostering their development and enhancing team performance.Networking & Relationship Building: Build and sustain a robust network within the African investment ecosystem, including VCs, DFIs, startups, and accelerators.
