As an Associate, you will be responsible for financial modelling and analysis, deal work, term sheets and transaction processes.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualified Attorney (legal Background)A minimum of 2-4 years post-qualifying experience in investment banking or Leverage Finance or Corporate Finance divisionsExperience in origination, portfolio management, deal evaluation and executionRobust valuations, analysis, and modelling skillsExposure in drafting term sheets and transaction processes.
