BCom Degree in Finance or related field.
MBA advantageWork experience from 3 to 6 years in an investment bank, private equity or venture capital fund, Big3 or Big4 (valuation, due diligence, strategy), investment divisions of financial and industrial groupsGood knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modeling (DCF)CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates are welcomeAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problemsDeveloped communication skills and focus on resultsResponsibilities:Conduct industry analysis and search for investment opportunitiesConduct a comprehensive analysis of investment casesDevelop financial models to assess the value of projects and companiesParticipate in structuring investment projects and negotiating the terms of the transactionPrepare presentations, memoranda, and other materialsCoordinate due diligence with the involvement of external consultantsCoordinate the preparation of legally binding documentation by the agreed termsPrepare clear, concise, regular reportsMaintain trusting relationships and direct contact with partners, consultants, and other stakeholdersProvide planning support and participate in events
