Matric (Grade 12)BCom Degree in Finance or related field. MBA advantageWork experience from 3 to 6 years in an investment bank, private equity or venture capital fund, Big3 or Big4 (valuation, due diligence, strategy), investment divisions of financial and industrial groupsGood knowledge of corporate finance and extensive experience in financial modeling (DCF)CFA/ACCA/CPA certificates are welcomeAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to solve non-standard problemsDeveloped communication skills and focus on resultsIndependent multitasking skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct industry analysis and search for investment opportunities Conduct a comprehensive analysis of investment cases Develop financial models to assess the value of projects and companies Participate in structuring investment projects and negotiating the terms of the transaction Prepare presentations, memoranda, and other materials Coordinate due diligence with the involvement of external consultants Coordinate the preparation of legally binding documentation by the agreed terms Prepare clear, concise, regular reports Maintain trusting relationships and direct contact with partners, consultants, and other stakeholders Provide planning support and participate in events
