Manage incoming calls and make sure that all calls are attended to in an efficient and timeous manner. Work closely with Wealth Adviser Provide ongoing feedback to clients. Preparing and implementing investment proposals. Processing of new business applications (capturing and quality checking). Follow up on applications and instructions Assist clients with completing forms, check forms for correctness, updating of client information, obtain all FICA related information from client. Ensure all electronic documents are loaded on the internal system. Responsible for client's portfolio switches, rebalances, withdrawals, investment allocation, local and offshore share portfolios Prepare cash flow analysis and retirement planning calculations. Dealing with script transfers, personal share portfolios and load fees on IRESS system We welcome innovative and creative thinking. Qualifications: Post graduate diploma in Financial Planning or BCom qualification At least 3 years relevant work experience in Financial Services industry RE5 qualification will be a requirement Proficient in both spoken and written English and Afrikaans Computer literacy (MS Office) How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to******.
