Job Description Old Mutual Wealth Private Clients has an exciting opportunity for an aspiring investment administrator. This role utilises expert knowledge in the specific fields of administration / product / process to resolve technical problems, usually in support of investment administrative queries/issues. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
Key responsibilities will include amongst others the following: This role functions as a subject matter expert in a specific field of administration / product / process. Operational in nature. Processing of 3rd party investment instructions and the preparation and completion of application forms to sign off phase. Responsible for adhering to deadlines, for management of time-sensitive trades. Responsible for maintenance of SOPs. Resolves technical problems, especially in support of administrative queries/issues. Applies knowledge in a focused role working with relatively complex information. Treasury management and back-office administration. Qualifications and Experience required: Recently completed BCom or related qualification. 1 – 2 yrs. related experience in financial services. MS Excel intermediate to advanced is beneficial. Closing Date: 12 September 2024
