MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED


Standard 10/Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience within Sales or an IT environment
Ability to articulate and interpret numbers and statistics.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREA


Thoroughly examine internal and external customer complaints to determine their root causes.
Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root causes of identified issues.
Analyse data, processes, and communication channels to pinpoint underlying problems.
Present reports in a clear and concise manner, highlighting areas for improvement and proposed solutions.
Work on improving internal processes and workflows to prevent future issues.
Monitor and determine trends related to system issues and client complaints.
Escalate identified trends and propose potential solutions to management monthly.
Record investigation findings and related information accurately.
Identify, investigate, and resolve system-related issues that affect business operations.
Log and track tickets for system issues and system builds.
Test systems and new builds as and when required.
Always protect the integrity of the company.
Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
