Inventory/Supply Chain/Parts Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Supply Chain/Parts Specialist who can effectively manage our client's Syspro financial system across various locations including JHB, Dbn, and CT.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular multi warehousing stock takes and inventory audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.Utilize Syspro for inventory management and ODBC report writing.Create complex Excel reports, primarily utilizing Pivot Tables.Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement strategic supply chain and parts replenishment plans, specifically for foreign supplies. Minimum Qualifications:Post matric qualification is required – Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management.Demonstrated proficiency in Syspro and excellent knowledge of inventory control systems and practices.Advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
