These jobs were popular with other job seekersOur client is looking for an Assistant to the Sales and Operations Manager with a focus on stock control forecasting and planning. Main responsibilities:Be the link between Sales and Operations Department to enusre that requirements are managed between the 2 departmentsMaintain and update Inventory Forecasting (stock needed for sales).Perpetually check low stock levels to arrange for orders to be brought forward (from Suppliers).Perpetually check overstocks on system to send reports out to Sales Manager to assist in selling stock.Order stock at the right price to arrive at right time.Follow up on orders from suppliers.Generate monthly stock reports for Branch Management.Skills and Knowledge:At least 3 years stock ordering / stock management experience (on system not physical stock management in warehouse)SysproExcel - IntermediateMS WordRequirementsNational Senior Certificate – minimum requirementQualification in Inventory Planning / Forecasting would be an advantage Provident fund contribution HR Services, Recruitment & Selection These jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
