Inventory Coordinator

URGENT VACANCY AVAILABLE – HAMMARSDALEPRODUCTION - INVENTORY COORDINATOROur client seeks a presentable and articulate candidate, with the ability to get along with others and cope well in a pressurized environment, due to customer requirements and demands.
This position entails, managing and coordinating the inventory process daily.
It is crucial to ensure that sufficient stock is available at the mill to meet production requirements.
Furthermore, it is important to monitor raw materials to prevent expiration resulting from excessive ordering or inadequate FIFO practices.
Proven experience with POR 's, ERP / Similar programs, Planning and coordinating Raw materials within a manufacturing / milling environment is required for the position.ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTSMatric / Grade 12Previous experience with SAGIS an advantage3-5 Years previous proven experience as Inventory or related coordinator within the Manufacturing / Milling / Food Production industries.Proven Inventory experience dealing with Production, Operations, Quality, Finance and transport departmentsProven working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) EssentialStrong proven Stock take experience. Communication skills including reading and writing are key to this position. Afrikaans is preferred as an additional language
