Inventory ControllerThe Inventory Controller will manage and control all aspects related to Nkomazi Kruger Lodge cost and control across the two resorts. You will centralise all inventories and be accountable for the following responsibilities.The Inventory Controller will be responsible for inventories, budgets, cost control and reports of the Lodge's food, beverages, and consumables, providing financial valuable support to the teams, and contributing to positive business outcomes, through informed analysis and reporting. We are committed to diversity and inclusion and strive to create a workforce that represents the diverse communities we serve.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManages all incoming, stock, and outgoing product countsKeeps daily detailed records of all inventory levelsManages and maintains inventory location and organisation in conjunction with productionOrders required stock for all departments within the companyKeep track of inventory levels from incoming and outgoing ordersPerforms monthly cycle counts of the entire stock countPredicts future stock requirements based on past order data and future scheduling needsEnsures the timely delivery of all items ordered by departmentsMaintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliersCreates and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environmentRegular and predictable attendance is an essential required function of this positionEnsure that the inventory management system is kept updatedEnsuring our company standards and procedures of inventory control are in place and maintainedInventory and stock reporting and budgetingParticipate in the logistic planningDesired Experience & QualificationRelevant Diploma or equivalent3+ years' experience in inventory control environmentProficient with MS Office suiteAbility to speak and understand EnglishStrong organisational and communication skillsAble to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work independently and with teamsAble to interact with all levels of management, vendors, and clientsPackage & RemunerationMarket Related
