And to enable the achievement of agreed service levels by cycle counting as per set procedures Control & manage inventory including consignment stock, export & Point of Sale material.
Create inventory adjustments.
Report and replenish picking bins daily.
Audit and report on all damaged & spilled stocks , initiate and process stock adjustments.
Pre-count all stock keeping units, & P.O.S.
material as per cycle count schedule.
Monitor, report and take corrective action on shelf-life products as per schedule.
Audit all receipts, put away & letdowns.
Monitor & maintain consignment stock accurately.
Monitor & control non-operational stock (damaged, obsolete & non-saleable stock) Actively support Safety, Health & Environment initiatives.
Key Accountabilities 1.
Control and manage Inventory.
Ensure effective cycle count (wall to wall) of all items as per schedule including Deco, Exports, Raws, Packaging & Point of Sale material.
Count priority items stock on more regular basis – e.g., weekly/monthly.
Report cycle count accuracy via graph on monthly basis for scoreboard.
Investigate shortages on picking list and make necessary adjustments immediately.
Audit bulk bin locations system daily as per schedule and adjust discrepancies.

Create inventory adjustments.
Create inventory adjustment in SAP for gain or loss.
WMS &(MI01/MI04) Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records/ Investigate shortages and address.
Adjustments completed daily.
Ensure transaction on SAP clear of entries.
Create inventory adjustments on SAP for gains and losses.
Daily report on adjustments and attend to authorizations.

Report and replenish picking bins Record and forward to Dc Manager for stock replenishment.
Ensure picking locations are adequately always replenished.
4.
Audit and report on all damaged and spilled stocks Ensure Spillage Report completed for all damages & spillage's and initiate stock adjustments.
Remove all damaged stock to Damaged Cage area with authentic documents.
Create awareness on minimising/eliminating stock damages with warehouse personnel during weekly Scoreboard PDR's.
Highlight volume & value of damages /spillage's via graphs.

Monitor all Stock Keeping Units Control cycle count items as per schedule and stock damaged/written off or on.
Display each area in graph form as per template 6.
Monitor and report on shelf life product Report & take corrective action on all shelf life products as per schedule.
Ensure work away procedures issued by R&D lab are adhered to.
7.
Audit all receipts, put away & let downs Audit all receipts, put away & let downs daily.
Report figures via graph, weekly & display on scoreboard.
Education Tertiary qualification equivalent to a National Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management or similar.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role including administration, supervision and stores and stock control.
Sound knowledge and experience in working with SAP, WMS and the use of MS office is also pre-requisite.
Own transport and valid driver's license.
Numerate with accounting skills for cycle counting and reconciliations.
Auditing of receipts, transactions, etc.
Ability to cope under pressure in times similar to month-end to meet deadlines for consignment stock count & monthly statistics.
