Job Responsibilities:Assist the National Inventory Manager with inventory-related issues in all warehouses and Company Owned Franchises.Assist with inventory issues nationally and support the inventory controllers in all Company owned Franchises and warehouses.Identify, maintain & manage the accuracy of stock levels and stock movement nationally.Ensure all ACDC procedures are implemented, staff are trained, and compliance is maintained for customer satisfaction with minimal errors and damages.Assist branches in running efficiently with regards to company procedures & inventory-related issues.Prepare & conduct stock takes and ongoing cycle- & range counts.Investigate & resolve any stock variances & stock-related issues.Assist in preparing warehouses for the audited stock take every financial year-end.Ensure that all inventory-related reports are cleared and submitted on time (Weekly & Monthly reports).Maintain cleanliness and organization of storerooms/lockups.Provide assistance where and when needed.Daily Responsibilities:Resolve discrepancies.Conduct range counts.Perform cycle counts.Transfer stock to the correct locations within branches.Manage general inventory tasks.Investigate discrepancies & variances for stock in branches/C.O.F.Process stock adjustment requests for branches/C.O.F.Address stock queries.Weekly Responsibilities:Submit weekly reports (BOF; MULTIPLE BINS; OBSOLETE; OUTSTANDING DISCREPANCIES; IN TRANSIT; BACKORDERS WITH STOCK & ALL OTHER INVENTORY RELATED REPORTS) to the National Inventory Manager & Branch Manager.Conduct random audits and inspections.Perform warehouse inspections and compile reports.Ensure branches comply with the company's inventory procedures & requirements.Monthly Responsibilities:Prepare month-end reports.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12/Matric.Relevant tertiary qualification will be highly advantageous.Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as an Inventory Controller.
