Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Collaborate with recruitment team to facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to crew recruitment.
Marketing and Social Media Management: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract potential crew members.
Assist in creating engaging content for social media channels, website, and other marketing platforms.
Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
Media Management: Support the management of traditional media channels, such as newspapers, magazines, and television.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials and press releases.
Assist in organizing media events and press conferences.
Maintain relationships with media partners and assist in negotiating advertising contracts.
Additionally, the Cruise Ship Recruitment Intern will work intensively with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software called Manatal.
Manatal is an online platform designed to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
It serves as a centralized database for managing candidate profiles, communication, and collaboration among the recruitment team.
The purpose of Manatal is to enhance efficiency, track progress, and facilitate effective decision-making in the recruitment workflow.
As a Recruitment Intern, you will utilize Manatal to organize candidate information, track recruitment stages, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records.
Your familiarity with and ability to leverage the features of Manatal will be crucial in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for selected crew members.
