From multinational corporations to emerging startups, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of organizations by connecting them with the best talent Africa has to offer.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to source top talent across Africa.Utilize a variety of channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and attract qualified candidates.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for international placements.Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and guidance on hiring trends in the African region.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment journey.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in international recruitment to ensure compliance and deliver value-added services.Thrive in a high-performance sales culture.Generate new business through cold calling.Grow and maintain client relationships.Achieve sales targets.Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry.Full 360 recruitment cycle.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, international relations, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting, with a focus on international placements and/or experience working in Africa.
