Then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as an International Recruitment Consultant specializing in Africa. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent for our clients across the continent. From multinational corporations to emerging startups, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of organizations by connecting them with the best talent Africa has to offer.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to source top talent across Africa.Utilize a variety of channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and attract qualified candidates.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for international placements.Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and guidance on hiring trends in the African region.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the recruitment journey.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in international recruitment to ensure compliance and deliver value-added services.Thrive in a high-performance sales culture.Generate new business through cold calling.Grow and maintain client relationships.Achieve sales targets.Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry.Full 360 recruitment cycle.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, international relations, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting, with a focus on international placements and/or experience working in Africa. (proof of billings/sales will be advantageous)Strong understanding of the African business landscape, cultural nuances, and talent market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in Africa is a plus.If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to explore, please forward your CV to ******.
