Creating Purposeful Careers as We Build the Future of Contact Centre SolutionsJob TitleInternational Outbound Sales Consultant (CPT)Our USA-based client is looking for dynamic outbound agents to call trial and/or recently lapsed trial customers to convert them into paid subscribers for satellite and online entertainment services during the night shift.This is a no cold calling center, focusing on hot leads with customers who have used the free subscription for 3 months, with potential for future work-from-home opportunities.Successful candidates will receive full product and systems training.Education and Experience:MatricMinimum 1 year outbound sales experience within an international centerTyping speed of minimum 35 wpmKey Competencies and Skills:Salary: Per productive hour, with shift and travel allowance provided, plus incentives.Working Hours: Mon - Sun rotational days, with shifts from 15h00 – 04h00.Skills: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Sales, Telecommunications.
