Calling all Young, Energetic, High Achievers to join our client's team in the International Defense Industry as International Business Expansion Managers.Location: Gauteng | Type: Permanent | On-site | Travel | Salary: R25k-R30kResponsibilitiesPromote the company's products and services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (both foreign and domestic).Identify new markets and improve sales.Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.Attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.QualificationsAn average of 85% for matric (Non-negotiable).ExperienceNo work experience required.Experience in sales, marketing, or other related fields is advantageous.Skills & RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Adequate IT efficiency.Own reliable transport.Valid passport (must be willing to travel internationally).Immediate availability is advantageous.Well-presented at all times.Additional InformationMust go above and beyond normal office hours depending on workload and international time zones.Training provided for 3-6 months.The company aims to grow from 300 to 5000 employees in the next 4-5 years.Employees will specialize in a randomly assigned international region.The company plans to develop these individuals into CEOs within 5 years.There is no ceiling on growth, supported by substantial funding.This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the company, driving sustainable financial growth and establishing a strong market presence globally.
