Job Title: Internal Talent SpecialistLocation: City of Cape Town, Milnerton, Montague GardensJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimePrimary Industry: Manufacturing and ProductionSecondary Industry: Human ResourcesSalary: ZAR18000 - ZAR32000 per monthJob Duties:Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent internallyCollaborate with hiring managers to understand the internal talent needs of the organisationConduct internal talent assessments and identify skill gapsCreate and maintain internal talent pipelines for various rolesProvide guidance and support to employees on career development opportunities within the organisationMonitor and track internal talent mobility and succession planningCoordinate internal job postings and promotionsConduct regular talent reviews and talent calibration sessionsRequired Qualifications:Relevant qualification within Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or related HR fieldExternal recruitment (agency) will be advantageousStrong understanding of recruitment and selection processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldCertifications in talent management or HR-related fieldsExperience working in a manufacturing, production environment or FMCG enviromentEducation, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related fieldDemonstrated knowledge of HR best practises and employment lawsProficiency in HRIS and recruitment softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionWorking Conditions:Office-based roleStandard working hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility requiredFast-paced environment with a focus on meeting talent acquisition goalsBenefits:Medical AidProvident fundAssurances
