JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing the deployment and maintenance of our fibre optic network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, excellent organizational skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

KEY COMPETENCIES – Develop and maintain detailed schedules for fibre optic installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.

– Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

– Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen issues.

– Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders.

– Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively develop solutions to mitigate delays.

– Maintain accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and completion statuses.

– Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

– Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all scheduling activities.

Task within key performance area -Schedule installation work orders.

-Regular follow up and contact attempts.

-Schedule escalation tickets.

-Minimum schedule targets

-Utilizing the communication script provided

Clear concise email & message construction

-Update system with all relevant information for every installation booked

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Certificate or diploma in business administration will be advantageous At least 3 years in call centre or customer relations environment MS Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet
