POSITION STATEMENT Make telephonic, scheduled bookings with clients who have completed an application for optic fibre to be installed at their premises.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Schedule installation work orders.Regular follow-up and contact attempts.Schedule escalation tickets.Minimum schedule targets.Utilizing the communication script provided.Clear, concise email & message construction.Update system with all relevant information for every installation booked.Ad Hoc tasks as required.KEY COMPETENCIES Problem-solving skills.Interpersonal skills.Decision-making skills.Time management skills.Team management skills.People management skills.Communication skills.Assertiveness.Ability to work in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment.Ability to handle pressure.Multi-tasking abilities.Excellent coordination skills.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.Certificate or diploma in business administration will be advantageous.At least 3 years in a call centre or customer relations environment.Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Email, and internet usage.
