Responsibilities:
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partnersMaking data-informed decisions to drive performanceDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key clientsAchieving sales quotas and goalsPresent, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold callingSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Continuously improve through feedback Responding to client queries, both operational and technical, swiftly and professionallyMaintaining sales records timeously and to the required level of detailActively developing client relationships to expand the range of products soldEstablish oneself as the Clients most reliable supplierRequirements:
Related tertiary qualificationHighly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales, a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience in salesA commitment to excellent customer service.Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationshipsExcellent selling and communication skillsPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skillsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackUnderstanding of the sales process and dynamics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.Sense of commitment and urgency when dealing with Client queriesDesire to continuously please the client and exceed expectationsIQ retail experience
