The role of a salesperson within this organization is integral to driving business growth and achieving its ambitious goalsThis is not a typical sales position; it is designed for individuals who thrive on challenges, are motivated by growth, and excel in executing sales strategies that drive conversionsMinimum Requirements:Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of success in salesExperience in the furniture removal industry (Added Advantage)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and presentation skillsExperience with sales software and CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft and Google suitesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDuties and Responsibilities:Lead Conversion: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partners through effective sales techniques and strategiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that drive business growthPerformance Monitoring: Track and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve sales targetsDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and revenue forecasts.
