Position: Internal Sales RepresentativeLocation: Killarney Gardens, Cape TownReports To: Branch ManagerMinimum Requirements:MatricPractical industry experience (minimum 5 years)Proficiency in Pastel, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookOwn reliable transportKey Responsibilities:SalesSource new sales opportunities and follow up on quotes.Prioritize tasks effectively to close sales and achieve monthly targets.Establish and maintain relationships with customers.Promote upselling by identifying customer needs.Customer ServiceDeliver quotations promptly and resolve customer complaints efficiently.Ensure on-time and quality delivery of products.OperationsCollaborate with operations on customer feedback.Order stock when needed and ensure buy-out stock is accurately priced.MarketingUpdate social media with completed projects, promotions, and new products.Identify potential clients through comments and market research.FinanceHandle cash sales and ensure COD accounts are paid before delivery.Follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain accurate sales invoicing.Stock ManagementPerform accurate stock takes and ensure proper stock storage and labelling.GeneralAdhere to health and safety regulations.Maintain professionalism in appearance and workspace.Collaborate with team members to meet goals.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 17:30Friday: 07:30 to 14:00Every second Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00Remuneration and Commission:Base Salary: R13,000 CTC per monthCommission:Cut and Edge Sales: Achieve R250,000 (ex. VAT) revenue per month to earn 2.5% commission.Spray Sales: Achieve R250,000 (ex.
