Internal Sales Representative

Minimum Job Requirements: Matric essential. Previous internal sales and administration experience, is essential. Experience within a manufacturing and/or chemical trading environment, preferred. The Job: Report to the Sales Manager: Manage all customer orders working closely with the External Sales team and Senior Management. Liaise with customers regarding the processing of orders. Liaise with various departments to ensure that customer's deliveries of raw materials are met. Ensure that customers are constantly updated on back orders with regard to stock. Ensure that all orders received are correctly captured. Liaise with the Sales team and Senior Management on a daily basis. Keep external Sales team informed of any developments relevant to their accounts. Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries are resolved timeously. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. Competencies: Strong organisational and administration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
