Internal Sales Representative

START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:MatricComputer literatePrevious experience in Building supply industry is advantageousCustomer Service and Selling SkillsTile product knowledge (advantageous)Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAbility to learn and adapt quicklyAttention to DetailExcellent time-keeping and work ethic/ attendance record DUTIES: Provide an efficient and effective service to all customers entering the shop.Refer or escort the customers to the showroom upstairs.Provide the customer with the required application and technical information regarding colour, grade, price, stock availability and use of tiling related products, i.e., tile adhesive, spacers, etc.Use sales and marketing techniques to influence customer to purchase Malls products, to 'buy up', etc.Make out an order and advise customer of process, i.e., payment to cashier, arranging delivery, dispatch from Warehouse, etc.Follow-up with customers who required samples or measurements.Ensure Sales Representative area is neat and clean at all times to create the correct impression.Ensure that the personal appearance is immaculate at all times to project positive sales and company image.
HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00Saturdays: 08:00 – 15:00Alternate Sundays: 09:00 – 14:00
