DescriptionJob Description: An energy solutions company seeks an Internal Sales Representative who can manage and maintain sales within a specific geographic area, working closely with both clients and the internal sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's energy products and the ability to communicate technical information effectively. The representative would be expected to build strong relationships with local clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new sales opportunities within the region. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage orders, track sales, and support the external sales team. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting would be essential, as well as the ability to meet regional sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
QualificationsSkills & Qualification:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Battery knowledge will be advantageous.Experience with ERP system (SYSPRO) will be advantageous.Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills are essential.Admin and telesales experience or any other experience that demonstrates similar abilities.Attention to detail.Good customer service.Professional communication and people skills at all organizational levels.A passion for selling and generating new business.Strong negotiation skills with good commercial acumen.A result-oriented problem solver, with proven numeracy and computer literacy (MS Office).Well-organised and self-motivated.Fast, accurate data entry skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and efficiently as part of a team.Flexible, courteous, friendly, and positive approach.Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written).ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined geographical locations.Work closely with the Accounts Department to ensure effective management of customer credit accounts.Provide general product information to customers.Forward customer queries to appropriate persons for execution.Generate sales by liaising with current customers and following up on new customer leads.Take calls for orders, and process invoices and payments for product dispatch.Process and maintain warranty claims.Manage customer credit limits to ensure they do not exceed the set limits.OtherIf you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to ******
