Internal Sales Representative (Graphic Supplies)

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the graphics industry A high level of numeracy and literacy Excellent co-ordination and administration skills Proven experience in internal sales, preferably in the print media or graphic supplies industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to liaise with customers at both junior and senior level. A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up Handle incoming customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product recommendations Assist with pricing, quotations, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals Maintain knowledge of large format print media products and industry trends Consultant: Michelle Du Toit - Dante Personnel East Rand
