Requirements: MatricEnglish with ability to speak/understand AfrikaansVehicle engine / technical knowledgeStrong customer service and sales skillsAbility to handle transactions and invoicing efficientlyExperience in lead generation and after-sales serviceResponsibilities:Welcome and assist customers with purchases and technical advice.Create customer profiles in the system if not already established.Process sales transactions, ensuring accurate invoicing and stock checks.Handle payments through various methods and ensure payment is received before releasing products.Finalize sales and submit invoices to the Finance Department.Monitor and follow up on online orders to upsell or confirm accuracy.Provide accurate and timely quotations and follow up to convert to sales.Assist with telephonic sales, including stock inquiries and raising purchases.Research and engage potential customers, including vehicle modification companies.Conduct follow-up calls post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and promote additional products.
