Internal Sales / Lead Qualifier

We are looking for a lead qualifier/internal sales representative to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to previous clients, gauging their interest in our products, and passing qualified leads to our sales team. This role is essential to ensuring we connect with potential clients and provide them with the right solutions.
DutiesMake outbound calls to previous clients to identify potential sales opportunities.Engage clients by asking relevant questions to understand their needs and level of interest.Qualify leads by determining if they meet the criteria for a potential sale.Record detailed notes and update lead status in the CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team by passing on qualified leads with accurate information.Stay up to date with our product offerings to answer basic client inquiries.Follow up with leads who require additional information or nurturing.RequiredExcellent verbal communication skills, with confidence in making phone calls.Good email etiquette.Previous experience in lead qualification, customer service, or inside sales role (advantageous).Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Strong attention to detail when logging client information and updating CRM.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client interactions daily.Resilience and persistence in following up with clients and handling rejections.High level of professionalism and customer-focused attitude.Basic knowledge of signage and printing (a plus but not required).
