Data Capturing of Purchase Orders, No Cold Calling Sending and receiving order confirmations Creating Pro-Forma Invoices Dealing with customer and Sales Reps queries Liaising with production to ensure goods are delivered in time Follow up customers queries Liaise with other departments Follow up on all outstanding matters Any additional day to day office administration requirements Ensure all filing is up to date Ad Hoc duties and projects that may be required from time to time Grade 12 Excellent Communication skills Excellent telephone manner Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail Ability to work closely to instructions Must be responsible and reliable Minimum of two years in the Internal Sales Role. Must be a team player as well as have the ability to work independently Must be willing to work overtime and flexible
