Educational and Career Experience:Senior Certificate Matric with MathematicsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with Syspro is an advantageERP system knowledge is required2-5 years experience in a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailReliable transport is essentialDetailed Roles and Responsibilities:Compile reports, spreadsheets, and manage data for the customer baseProvide administrative and operational support to the entire sales departmentCheck the accuracy of purchase orders and process orders efficientlyCompile costings and quotes for customersVerify material availability before preparing quotesAssist in processing tendersMonitor customer portals, respond to requests for quotes, submit quotes, receive orders, and process invoicesPerform other office-related tasks critical to sales operationsHandle any reasonable ad hoc tasks as required by managementSupport the external sales team with social eventsAttend sales conferences and possibly travel to offsite events
