Internal Sales

Job Functions (Areas of Accountability): Sales: Achieve and exceed branch sales targets by attending to customer enquiries, understanding customers' needs, providing product information, supply quotations timeously, following up, upselling where possible.
Identify new sales opportunities, cross-selling, drive new products and sales performance.
Maintain and improve customer service delivery.
Resolve customer issues / matters timeously.
Re-engage dormant accounts.
Drive focus customer accounts.
Assist with counter sales.
Maintain DSO measurement.
Grow Online Shop customer base.
Sales Force – ensure all customer opportunities are recorded.
Administration: Ensure all sales related documentation including quotations, invoices, picking slips and delivery notes are correctly processed, signed and filed.
Assist with inter-company transactions.
Safety, Health & Environmental Standards Ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.
Report health and safety risks and issues to the 16.2 HSE Rep. Health and safety equipment must be available and ready for use.
Incidents / accidents are prevented by effective operating of equipment and machinery, and by following health and safety procedures.
Health and safety procedures are adhered to and updated as laid down by legislation.
