Area of Responsibility Generate accurate calculations sheets for quotesAssisting Product Manager with tenders when neededAdvising Account Executive on workable solution, in cooperation with the Product Manager / Specialist / Sales ManagerObtaining the correct quote and documents, from supplier, when neededMake sure the product offered complies with the specificationObtain freight quotes for export from LogisticsKeep track of calcs sent for approvalKeep track of calcs submitted for processingEnsure that all quotes have been sent out to the correct personQualificationsA Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirementAbility to work with Excel formulasExperience Required Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage, but not compulsoryStrong MS Office skills, with strong skills in ExcelCapabilitiesAttention to detail with accuracy essentialAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesResults orientatedStrong communication skillsProblem solvingExcellent time management & organization skillsBudget/cost considerationStrong prioritization skills
