Internal Sales Coorindator

My client in the manufacturing industry is seeking to an Internal Sales Consultant to join their team based in Pinetown. Do you have a passion for customer service?? I am looking for someone with a can do attitude and a passion for customer service Duties include Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customer's requirements Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customer's orders Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations Ensuring excellent housekeeping in your department Ensuring clean and safe working environment Customer service and sales Capture and load orders from customer Receive calls and faxes from customers for order processing Minimum Requirements Matric certificate with Mathematics (Degree advantageous) Minimum 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role Excellent Computer Skills – EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous) Self- motivated, energetic with the ability to motivate others Ability to interact and communicate on all levels Strong planning and organisational skills Customer Orientated Trustworthy (you are dealing with our cash and our customers) Ability to be assertive
