Requirements:Matric CertificateOwn TransportValid Driver's LicenseERP & CRM experienceCustomer Service DrivenEnglish & AfrikaansResponsibilities:Serve as key company interface — 1st point of contact with existing & new customersAnswer incoming sales calls and assist walk-in customers with queries/advice promptly in a positive, helpful demeanourGenerate additional sales through incoming inquiries, quotes, calls, and online requestsProvide all appropriate service/assistance to the external sales force to assist additional sales generation, including generating requested quotesHandle customer complaints and credit requests, ensuring weekly follow-up, completion and filing of necessary documentationMaintain stock levels and presentability of Sample Display held in Sales Office samples boxesSchedule all delivery requests promptly and provide customers with estimated delivery dates and timesEnsure ERP and CRM database are kept up to dateCollaborate with the Debtors department on credit limits, cash payments, and new accountsAssist with the Despatch function when neededCoordinate with yard staff on special customer requests and product preparationCapture all internal compressive strength resultsEmail your CV to ******
