We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The Internal Sales Consultant will focus on driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales opportunities.Conduct needs assessments and offer customized solutions to meet client requirements.Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Qualifications Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in an internal sales environment.Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and the ability to work independently.
