Sales Support: o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
o Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports for management via company CRM.
o Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer accounts and inquiries.
Customer Service: o Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product
information.
o Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
o Ensure prompt follow-up on customer requests and feedback.
Administrative Duties: o Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements for the Technical Sales Director.
o Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
o Assist in organizing promotional materials and supporting marketing efforts.
Order Processing: o Manage orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.
o Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and maintain inventory levels with Warehouse teams.
o Monitor and track delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
Technical Support: o Assist the Technical Sales Director with technical documentation, product specifications, and project management.
o Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of waterproofing/market related products and solutions.
o Provide technical information and support to customers as needed.
Qualifications Education: o Matric & certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or waterproofing industry. o Proven track record of handling customer service and administrative tasks efficiently.
Skills: o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project
Planer and Powerpoint), and other relevant software tools.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
o Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
o Familiarity with technical documentation and product specifications in the waterproofing industry is a plus.
