Internal Sales (Airconditioning)

R10,000 – R13,000 + Commission (+- R2000 -R10,000 per month) + 50% Medical Aid + Provident Fund & 13th Cheque
DescriptionJob Description: An internal salesperson plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
• Achievement of daily sales/profit targets.
• Carry out daily administration duties
• To ensure the daily administrative tasks are processed.
• To ensure that the company's image is maintained and promoted within the market.
• Liaison with existing customers/suppliers in a manner that would further promote the profitability of the branch.
• Compliance with relevant EH&S obligations.
• To provide customers with technical support for products.
• To focus on the long-term growth and profitability of the branch, and achieve budgets as agreed with the Manager.
• To build sound relationships with quality customers to facilitate the longer-term growth in the order book of the branch.
• Daily cash up and any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
• Compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
Job Requirements:
• Technical Experience – Refrigeration and Air-conditioning equipment will be an advantage
• Two years or more active Internal Sales Experience
• Physical ability to handle stock
• Computer Literacy – Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Syspro
• Experience in a Wholesale or Retail environment
• Matric
