The internal sales administrator will be responsible for: Interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
Managing sales orders, ensuring accurate entry into the system, and coordinating delivery.
Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries or issues related to products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements: We require Matric with at least 5 years' experience in an internal sales / administration position with a stable work record and contactable reference.
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
Own transport with valid driver's license.
Resident of Pretoria East Excellent people skills with the ability to function effectively under pressure.
