Internal Sales Administrator

As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, you'll be at the epicenter of our operations. Your role extends beyond spreadsheets and invoices, it's about orchestrating seamless transactions, building relationships, and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process sales orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp Assist and deal with walk-in customers Verify product availability and pricing information Accurately enter sales orders into the system Manage and print picking slips and coordinate with relevant warehouse departments Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any delays or issues Resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to sales orders Maintain accurate records of customer information, customer accounts, and order history Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective order processing Accurately invoice picking slips when an order is being dispatched File picking slips, PODs and upload to server Stand-in and assist when other staff members are on leave Perform any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and Supervisor. Qualifications : Matric certificate 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience using Syspro and Omni software Ability to read and write in both English and Afrikaans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a bonus.
