Internal Sales Administrator

We are a dynamic wholesale and retail company seeking a proactive and organized Internal Sales Administrator to support our sales team and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:  Assist walk-in customers by providing information, processing orders, and resolving inquiries.
Trade Show Coordination:  Represent the company at trade shows, engaging with potential clients and promoting our offerings.
Proposals and Quotes:  Prepare accurate proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
E-Commerce Management:  Manage and process orders on platforms such as Takealot, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service.
Administrative Support: Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist the sales team with follow-ups and reporting.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and order dispatch.
Sales Reporting:  Prepare and maintain sales data, including tracking leads, orders, and customer feedback.
Product Knowledge:  Stay informed about the company's offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 3 experience in a similar role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Takealot or other will be beneficial Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
