Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Assist walk-in customers by providing information, processing orders, and resolving inquiries.Trade Show Coordination: Represent the company at trade shows, engaging with potential clients and promoting our offerings.Proposals and Quotes: Prepare accurate proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.E-Commerce Management: Manage and process orders on platforms such as Takealot, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent service.Administrative Support:Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.Assist the sales team with follow-ups and reporting.Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and order dispatch.Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales data, including tracking leads, orders, and customer feedback.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of 3 experience in a similar role, preferably in wholesale, retail, or e-commerce but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Takealot or other will be beneficialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
