Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Admin to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records.Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities.Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and order status.Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.Support the sales team in tracking sales performance and preparing regular reports for management.Handle invoicing, credit notes, and other sales-related documentation.Assist in coordinating promotional activities and sales events.Key SkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide excellent service.Experience in a sales environment is highly desirable.Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management is an asset.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
