INTERNAL VACANCY

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Installations Team Leaders are accountable and responsible for all the installations daily activities, this includes time management, assignments, quality assurance, effectiveness, ensure all teams comply with the Britelinkmct installation standards, daily reporting and reporting on escalations of non-compliance by the installation technicians. Discuss installation requirements /route with customer prior to installing. Walk through with customer to assess quality of installation.

Log into Installations App and/or WhatsApp to view scheduled Installations for the day.

Customer management

Stock management

Update Health and safety file

Handle Communications

Provide reports on Assistants' adherence to work schedule and performance

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

• FOA Optic Fibre Training

• At least 3 years in Fiber Installation Technician
