EAGLE LIGHTING CURRENTLY HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE AT OUR GEORGE STORE FOR AN INTERNAL/EXTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Internal/External Sales Consultant:

Assist all customers and potential customers, inside and outside the shop, in a professional, polite, courteous and positive manner.
Build, maintain and consistently grow a portfolio of ongoing clients, including developers, builders, electricians, interior decorators, architects, engineers, contractors, property owners/managers, and the like.
Consistently visit and meet with existing clients as well as potential clients to market the company's products and services and ensure that clients have up-to-date company catalogues and spec pages of the company's products.
Market the company and the company's own branded range of products by emailing approved company adverts and other approved materials.
Issue and timeously follow up on all quotations submitted to customers.
Deliver and collect samples to and from clients.
Pursue and timeously follow up on all leads and other selling opportunities as soon as you become aware of them.
Keep yourself up to date with industry lighting standards, technology, designs, and current trends.
Be available to assist customers where necessary outside of the retail shop trading hours.
Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
Ensure that your workstation/office is always kept neat, tidy, and free of clutter and is maintained in a state conducive to customer interactions.
Assist management with any other work activities relating to customers and sales.
Be available to perform peripheral duties in the store if so required by management, including assisting with stock movement and control, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers License
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, driven, and positive
Responsibility, integrity, and reliability
Professionalism and efficiency
Good math and writing skills
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
Knowledge of lighting products and lighting technology is an advantage
Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
