A well established and stable wholesale distributor and repairer of tools and machinery is seeking a bi-lingual (Afrikaans & English) Internal Customer Service/ Workshop Administrator to join their thriving Edenvale team.
You would be responsible for the administration of the repairs and servicing of the companies tools and machinery as well as the full function of customer care and service. Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent Fluent in English & Afrikaans Strong customer service experience/ ability Microsoft programmes, i.e.
Excel, E-mail; etc Microsoft programmes, i.e.
Excel, E-mail; etc Advantageous... + 2 years Syspro or similar operating system(Pastel, SAGE, etc) knowledge advantageous Experience in After Sales Service is an advantage Drivers license, and own transport would be an advantage Main duties Responsible for providing a positive after-sales service experience to all customers.
Accountable for handling customer complaints/queries efficiently, ensuring clear communication, written and verbal, on all Returns/Complaints, to all internal and external customers Responsible for ensuring all repairs or returns process in the workshop are captured on the RMA system, efficiently and accurately, and within the companys stipulated lead time.
Ensure accurate records are kept of all repairs/jobs done, including cost of labor and spares issued to be captured in the RMA & WIP Program Ensure repair costs are monitored always to ensure economic feasibility to the company Ensure out of Warranty Repairs are costed and quoted to the customer, using the RMA Program, thereby ensuring profitability for the company.
Work with the Workshop Manager to develop and implement internal systems to record, returns, repairs and credits, ensuring the information is reported to Senior Management monthly.
