Internal Customer Service Representative (Sustainable Industrial Packaging Solutions)

Overview (Area:) Pinetown(Salary:) Market Related(Ref: AG) Our national client requires a suitably qualified and experienced internal customer service representative to join their team in Pinetown.
This role is responsible for the following: Delivering sales in line with customer budgets and forecasts – OTIF defective free delivery, as well as managing the recollect and supply of customer IBC packaging requirements.Must have a relevant BDegree/ National Diploma.
Must be computer literate with good MS Excel skills as well as Pastel and Salesforce.
At least 4+ years' experience in an internal/customer service role is required.
Packaging expereince would be an advantage.
