Internal Communications and Engagement OfficerOur client is seeking a dynamic Internal Communications and Engagement Officer to join their growing international team. The role's main purpose is to ensure we bring our people along with us on our journey building better together; effective communication is key to our engagement needs. The successful candidate will need to remember it's not all about telling people what's going on; we need to listen to our people too, learn what is important to them, and ensure we respond to this need.In order to be considered for this role you must have the following:BASED IN MUMBAI, INDIAMatric or grade 12 (with 'C' grade or higher in first language English)Bachelor's degree in Communication or related (English)2-3 years experience in an Internal Communications and Engagement roleExperience in graphic design and digital artworksKey responsibilities will include:Delivering the objective of the internal communication and engagement functionCreating and distributing daily business communication updatesGathering feedback and questions from our staffDistilling complex information into easy to understand communicationsCoordinating staff engagement eventsCoordinating and hosting leadership workshopsDelivering communication strategies for learningFostering engagement and dialogue in the companyGroup emails, newsletters, video and voice messagesMicrositesEngaging with groups, stakeholders, and leaders in different geographies to capture new information of value to our staffCreating and following a monthly communications plan
