About the job Internal Bulk Recruiter (Retail)We are looking for anexperienced high volume Internal BulkRetail Recruiter to search and place amazing people within our clients stores.Requirements:Completed HR or related qualificationMinimum of 3 years in a high volume hands on recruitment environmentDuties would include:Build relationships with Store ManagersCommunicate with Store management and relevant GM/Exec to get a clear view on their hiring needsBuild relationships with service providersMaintain relationships and customer service with internal and external candidatesIdentify prospective candidates using a variety of channelsConduct confidential interviewsBackground checks and referencesPresent shortlisted candidatesOrganise assessments where requiredPresent candidate profile summariesStore visitsCandidate feedback, manager feedback and timeous regretsDrive new store recruitment projectsDevelop and implement recruitment strategies based on hiring needs (new platforms etc.)Research into competitors and market placeEnsure the database is kept clean and updatedSuggest and drive improvementsNew starter files complete and accurateAll recruitment admin done in a timeous manner
